Quest of Strength

​Objective: The students will evaluate their strengths by completing different challenges in "traditional" forms of art. 
Assessment: The student will partake in informal assessment, with one-on-one conversations with the teacher. At the conclusion of the project they will also partake in a formal and reflective critique in Schoology.

                Light and Document your still life as reference

Intrinsic- Create a still life inspired by a memory or dream
Extrinsic - Create a still life that makes a commentary on something in our world.
Kinaesthetic- Create a still life that has at least 5 different textures (one of which being transparent) and 6 different colors

Description:
The student will research, design and create a series of studies in a media of their choice. The series should end in the metamorphoses of the person to a fantastic scene.

Extrinsic - Create an image that includes your researched concepts and techniques that is "recording" something from our current history
Kinaesthetic- Create an image that includes your researched concepts and techniques that captures the body in motion
